Chrome Extension Privacy Policy
This policy explains how POD MONEY MAKER LTD ("POD MM", "we", "us") handles information when you use the POD MM Tool Chrome extension and its connected service.
Purpose
POD MM Tool gives authorized subscribers controlled access to enabled online subscription services. It applies service authentication data, displays notifications and usage counters, and protects shared access.
Information we handle
- Account and authentication: name, email address, a hashed POD MM password, and account, session, and browser identifiers. The extension may remember the last login email locally, but it does not save the POD MM password for automatic sign-in. POD MM supplies authentication data such as cookies or browser storage only for enabled services; the extension does not upload unrelated cookies or passwords from the browser. Short-lived counters and a hash derived from the signup email may be used to limit repeated registrations.
- Usage and service status: after the user accepts the in-extension Usage & Fair Access agreement, POD MM receives account-linked counts of visits to configured service paths and configured actions, the identifier of an enabled service that is open, notification status (shown, blocked, or clicked), and limited delivery identifiers and timestamps used to retry reports and prevent duplicate counting.
- Limited local website processing: on configured service pages, the extension may examine the page path and the text or visibility of specific result elements only to decide whether a configured action should be counted. That text, page contents, form values, prompts, generated files, downloaded files, full page URLs, and general browsing history are not sent to POD MM as usage reports.
- Local extension and browser information: the extension checks installed-extension identifiers, names, enabled and installation status, and reported permissions locally to protect shared service sessions. The installed-extension list is not sent to POD MM. Administrators may allow specified normally installed extensions for compatibility. If the safety policy identifies a risk, subscription access or recorded service-site data may be blocked or cleared.
- Removal and technical information: Chrome may open a POD MM page after extension removal using an opaque account-linked token. If received, it is used to revoke the POD MM browser session and deactivate assigned services. Disabling the extension does not send this event, and delivery is not guaranteed. Our servers may also process normal request information such as time, status, and network address for security and operation.
How we use information
We use information only to provide and secure the extension's stated purpose: managing accounts and authorized service access, displaying usage and notifications, administering fair shared access, preventing abuse or simultaneous unauthorized use, providing support, diagnosing failures, and complying with legal obligations.
We do not sell user information or use it for personalized advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.
Sharing
Authorized POD MM personnel and service owners may access account-linked usage and security information only as needed to provide the service, administer fair access, support users, or investigate abuse. Information may also be processed by hosting and database providers acting for POD MM, or disclosed when required by law, necessary for security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
The installed-extension list and locally examined page text are not shared with POD MM or third parties.
POD MM Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Such information is used only for the extension's disclosed functionality and security. It is not transferred for personalized advertising and is not made available for human reading except with specific user consent, when necessary for security, to comply with law, or after aggregation and anonymization for internal operations.
Retention
Usage and notification records are normally kept for about seven to eight days. Short-lived delivery and signup-protection records expire within two days. Application issue logs normally expire three days after the most recent occurrence. Account and security records are kept while the account is active or as reasonably necessary for support, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Provider logs and backups follow the periods needed to operate and secure the service and meet legal requirements. Database and backup deletion may occur after the stated logical retention period.
Extension-local session data and preferences remain until they expire, are cleared, or the extension is removed. Authentication data applied to service sites remains until it expires, cleanup succeeds, or the user clears it in Chrome. Removing or disabling the extension can prevent cleanup.
User choices and deletion
Users can view their recent usage counters in the extension. Withdrawing the Usage & Fair Access agreement removes assigned services and schedules, locks subscription access, requests deletion of usage history, and starts cleanup of recorded service-site data. Agreeing again does not restore removed assignments.
When signing out or when access ends, the extension attempts to remove authentication and site data from recorded service sites. This cleanup can also sign the user out or remove personal settings on the same service site or a related domain, and it is not guaranteed if the extension is disabled or removed, the browser is offline, or an error occurs. Users can clear site data directly in Chrome.
Users may contact POD MM to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account information, subject to legal and security requirements.
Security
User data is transmitted over HTTPS. POD MM passwords are hashed, and shared-service credentials and session data stored by the backend are encrypted. Access to administrative systems is restricted. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the extension or legal requirements change. Material changes to data practices will be disclosed as required before the changed processing begins.

المعلومات التي نعالجها
- الحساب والمصادقة: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور POD MM بصيغة مشفرة أحادية الاتجاه، ومعرّفات الحساب والجلسة والمتصفح. قد تتذكر الإضافة آخر بريد لتسجيل الدخول محلياً، لكنها لا تحفظ كلمة مرور POD MM للدخول التلقائي. تزود POD MM الإضافة ببيانات المصادقة، مثل ملفات الارتباط أو تخزين المتصفح، للخدمات المفعلة فقط؛ ولا ترفع الإضافة ملفات ارتباط أو كلمات مرور أخرى من المتصفح. قد تستخدم الخدمة عدادات قصيرة الأجل وبصمة مشتقة من بريد التسجيل للحد من تكرار إنشاء الحسابات.
- الاستخدام وحالة الخدمة: بعد قبول اتفاقية الاستخدام العادل داخل الإضافة، تستقبل POD MM عدادات مرتبطة بالحساب لزيارات المسارات والإجراءات المحددة، ومعرّف الخدمة المفعلة المفتوحة، وحالة الإشعار (ظهر أو حُظر أو نُقر)، ومعرّفات وأوقات محدودة لإعادة محاولة إرسال العدادات ومنع تكرار احتسابها.
- معالجة محدودة داخل المتصفح: قد تفحص الإضافة في صفحات الخدمات المحددة مسار الصفحة ونص أو ظهور عناصر نتائج معينة فقط لتقرر احتساب إجراء محدد. لا ترسل إلى POD MM نص تلك العناصر أو محتوى الصفحة أو قيم النماذج أو الأوامر أو الملفات المنشأة أو المحملة أو رابط الصفحة الكامل أو سجل التصفح العام كتقارير استخدام.
- معلومات الإضافات والمتصفح محلياً: تفحص الإضافة محلياً معرّفات الإضافات المثبتة وأسماءها وحالة تفعيلها وطريقة تثبيتها وصلاحياتها المعلنة لحماية جلسات الخدمات المشتركة. لا ترسل قائمة الإضافات المثبتة إلى POD MM. يمكن للمسؤول السماح بإضافات محددة ذات تثبيت عادي للتوافق. إذا اكتشفت السياسة خطراً فقد يُحظر الوصول أو تُمسح بيانات مواقع الخدمات المسجلة.
- الإزالة والمعلومات التقنية: قد يفتح Chrome صفحة تابعة لـ POD MM بعد إزالة الإضافة باستخدام رمز مبهم مرتبط بالحساب. عند وصوله يُستخدم لإلغاء جلسة POD MM وتعطيل الخدمات المعينة. تعطيل الإضافة لا يرسل هذا الحدث، ووصوله غير مضمون. وقد تعالج خوادمنا معلومات الطلب المعتادة مثل الوقت والحالة وعنوان الشبكة لأغراض التشغيل والحماية.
كيفية استخدام المعلومات
نستخدم المعلومات فقط لتوفير الغرض المعلن للإضافة وحمايته: إدارة الحساب والوصول المصرح للخدمات، وعرض الاستخدام والإشعارات، وإدارة الاستخدام المشترك العادل، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام أو الاستخدام المتزامن غير المصرح، وتقديم الدعم وتشخيص الأعطال والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.
لا نبيع معلومات المستخدم ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات المخصصة أو إعادة الاستهداف أو القرارات الائتمانية أو إنشاء ملفات تعريف لا ترتبط بالخدمة.
المشاركة
يجوز لموظفي POD MM ومسؤولي الخدمات المصرح لهم الاطلاع على معلومات الاستخدام والحماية المرتبطة بالحساب بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة وإدارة الاستخدام العادل ودعم المستخدم أو التحقيق في إساءة الاستخدام. وقد يعالج المعلومات مزودو الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات نيابة عن POD MM، أو يُفصح عنها إذا طلب القانون ذلك أو لضرورة أمنية أو ضمن نقل أعمال يخضع لضمانات مناسبة.
لا تتم مشاركة قائمة الإضافات المثبتة أو نص الصفحة الذي تفحصه الإضافة محلياً مع POD MM أو أطراف أخرى.
يتوافق استخدام POD MM Tool للمعلومات المستلمة من واجهات Google ونقلها مع سياسة بيانات مستخدم Chrome Web Store، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود. تستخدم هذه المعلومات فقط لوظائف الإضافة المعلنة وحمايتها، ولا تنقل للإعلانات المخصصة، ولا تتاح للبشر لقراءتها إلا بموافقة محددة من المستخدم أو لضرورة أمنية أو للامتثال للقانون أو بعد تجميعها وإخفاء هويتها للعمليات الداخلية.
الاحتفاظ
يُحتفظ بسجلات الاستخدام والإشعارات عادةً نحو سبعة إلى ثمانية أيام. وتنتهي سجلات التسليم والحماية من تكرار التسجيل القصيرة خلال يومين، وتنتهي سجلات مشكلات التطبيق عادةً بعد ثلاثة أيام من آخر تكرار. تُحفظ سجلات الحساب والحماية ما دام الحساب فعالاً أو بالقدر اللازم للدعم والأمن وتسوية النزاعات والالتزامات القانونية. تتبع سجلات المزودين والنسخ الاحتياطية المدد اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها والوفاء بالمتطلبات القانونية. قد يحدث الحذف الفعلي من قاعدة البيانات والنسخ الاحتياطية بعد انتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ المنطقية.
تبقى بيانات الجلسة والتفضيلات داخل الإضافة حتى انتهاء صلاحيتها أو مسحها أو إزالة الإضافة. وتبقى بيانات المصادقة المطبقة على مواقع الخدمات حتى انتهاء صلاحيتها أو نجاح التنظيف أو مسحها من Chrome بواسطة المستخدم. وقد يمنع تعطيل الإضافة أو إزالتها إتمام التنظيف.
خيارات المستخدم والحذف
يمكن للمستخدم مشاهدة عدادات استخدامه الحديثة داخل الإضافة. يؤدي سحب اتفاقية الاستخدام العادل إلى إزالة الخدمات المعينة ومواعيدها، وقفل الوصول، وطلب حذف سجل الاستخدام، وبدء تنظيف بيانات مواقع الخدمات المسجلة. الموافقة مجدداً لا تعيد التعيينات المحذوفة.
عند تسجيل الخروج أو انتهاء الوصول، تحاول الإضافة إزالة بيانات المصادقة والموقع من مواقع الخدمات المسجلة. وقد يؤدي ذلك أيضاً إلى تسجيل خروج المستخدم أو إزالة إعداداته الشخصية على موقع الخدمة نفسه أو نطاق مرتبط به. ولا يُضمن اكتمال التنظيف إذا كانت الإضافة معطلة أو محذوفة أو كان المتصفح غير متصل أو وقع خطأ. ويمكن للمستخدم مسح بيانات الموقع مباشرة من Chrome.
يمكن للمستخدم التواصل مع POD MM لطلب الوصول إلى معلومات حسابه أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، مع مراعاة المتطلبات القانونية والأمنية.
الأمان
تُنقل بيانات المستخدم عبر HTTPS. تُحفظ كلمات مرور POD MM بصيغة مشفرة أحادية الاتجاه، وتُشفّر بيانات اعتماد الخدمات المشتركة وبيانات الجلسات المخزنة في الخادم. الوصول إلى أنظمة الإدارة مقيّد. ولا يمكن لأي نظام ضمان الأمان المطلق.
التغييرات والتواصل
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغير الإضافة أو المتطلبات القانونية. وسيتم الإفصاح عن التغييرات الجوهرية في ممارسات البيانات حسب المتطلبات قبل بدء المعالجة الجديدة.
